It’s been almost a year now, I am doing yoga with Vandna mam. Though, initially I was not very sure of continuing it for long due to its timing, results assurance, etc. Also, the time was clashing with my kid’s school going time. But then I said, let’s take a chance for 3-4 months.
And believe me, just after 2 months, I started enjoying it. I started getting gradual results. In one year, I am feeling very confident, my body has seen toning & flexibility. Weight is also reduced to optimum level.
Particularly, the meditation on every Saturday has helped me grow spiritually also.
Thanks to constant mentoring and support from Vandna mam, I am feeling rejuvenating. I am feeling more power, freshness, discipline and very much positivity in life.

I am taking yoga, pranayama and reiki healing classes with Vandana ji for past 8 months, and the classes have helped me tremendously in improving my physical, mental and spiritual health. Vandana ji is very caring, modifies the poses to individual limitations while challenging one’s capabilities. She regularly changes the routine introducing new poses and breathing techniques, engaging all muscle groups and keeping up the excitement. She is a great instructor and motivator.
